Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Webtok Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

Webtok Technologies provides web design, web development, WordPress development, custom application development, mobile app development, graphic design, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in individual service agreements.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, clients retain ownership of the final deliverables (websites, designs, code). Webtok Technologies retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
  • Review and provide feedback within agreed timelines
  • Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule
  • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment, will be specified in individual project proposals or contracts. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Webtok Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any intellectual property developed up to the point of termination shall be transferred to the client upon full payment.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
